It's Not Easy To Fight Sprawl

Controlling sprawl in Greater Cincinnati is difficult when many communities believe that they do not face a sprawl problem.
"Civic leaders are trying to figure out how to control Greater Cincinnati's urban sprawl, but one possibility - communities' sharing their tax revenue - may be a difficult sell... Finding a regional solution could be difficult, though, because some community leaders don't believe they have a sprawl problem."
