A Guide to Classic L.A. Houses

Adrian Glick Kudler writes in Curbed LA about a feature in the February issue of Los Angeles magazine profiling 16 of the most classic types of L.A. houses.

The subject of February's cover story is Classic LA, and in its pages Los Angeles runs the alphabet in search of L.A. history that is still with us, and deserves to be celebrated.

Including such L.A. institutions as (V)in Scully, (C)obb Salad, and (Y)oga, the series begins with an opening feature on (A)rchitecture which, according to columnist Chris Nichols, "gave us a terrific excuse to organize the city's sprawling museum of houses into an easy-to-read infographic."
