Biologists Urge Protection Of Orange County Land

A report by conservation biologists says a 23,000-acre area in southern Orange County, CA, should be protected at all costs due to its importance as wildlife habitat.
"A swath of land in southern Orange County slated for development but home to unique habitats and species should be preserved at all costs, according to a report authored by conservation biologists.The report released Wednesday comes after a group of environmentalists, biologists and elected officials announced their intent to keep the area pristine. The 23,000-acre ranch stretches between San Juan Capistrano and the Cleveland National Forest."
