Las Vegas, NV To Get A New Wynn Resort

It will be unlike any other resort on the Strip. Le Reve will feature a Picasso painting by the same name, which Wynn owns.
The future mega-resort is estimated to cost $1.2 billion, and will include a 120,000 square foot casino, 15 restaurants and entertainment venues, retail and convention space and other amenities. The resort will not have a theme, and will compete with the upscale Bellagio. Wynn is credited with changing the Las Vegas Strip into a gambling bonanza. As a result, Las Vegas became the fastest-growing metro area.
