Smart Growth Proposal Approved In Green Bay, WI

Green Bay, WI, City Council has approved a Smart Growth comprehensive plan.
"The Smart Growth 2022: Comprehensive plan, still a vague outline of what the final plan will be, was unanimously approved after an hour of discussion.The approval does not guarantee the plan will be implemented, according to Mayor Paul Jadin."
