Cleveland's Growing Problem with Abandoned Homes

60 Minutes reports on Cleveland, Ohio's growing problem of abandoned homes, where 1/5th of all houses are now vacant.

"Foreclosure scavengers" are stripping homes of anything of value as soon as they are abandoned, which then brings down the value of the entire neighborhood. Cleveland is making an effort to demolish these homes to save these neighborhoods.
