More Renovation Projects In Slowing Economy

An interview with architect Martin Santini, founder of the architectural firm Ecoplan that specializes in business renovation.
"Interior design and business renovation are typically in higher demand during a sluggish economy...Ecoplan does about 20 projects per year in New Jersey, Connecticut, upstate New York, and Rockland and Westchester counties...The firm also is capitalizing on a surge in senior, congregate care, and rental housing for people 55 and older."
