Does doing without tall buildings mean contributing to sprawl?
"Many have also stressed that society must in no way give in to terrorist acts, and so should not cower from continuing to build grand structures. But there could be a happy medium -- one that doesn't include constructing the tallest buildings -- the symbols of power -- at least in the United States."
