Travel+Leisure polls its readers for the best cities for foodies, with New Orleans taking the top spot.

Readers voted on readers which major cities have "the best big-name eateries, neighborhood cafés, ethnic cuisine, and farmers' markets." New Orleans took the top spot, ranking highly in cafés and ethnic food.

Number 3 defies expectations: Providence, Rhode Island.
