WTC: Keep The Steel Fingers

Seen from a particular angle the remains of the World Trade Center look like "tortured fingers of steel."

"And when it all came down, it left those tortured fingers of steel stabbing from the earth in an attitude of prayer. We will find a way to honor the dead of Sept. 11, but let there be no talk of rebuilding the towers on the site where they came tumbling down. Let us not speak of promenades and meditation pools."
