David Roeder presents his view on the future of skyscrapers and real estate.

"[Question:] Are skyscrapers still a draw for offices and condominiums?[Answer:] The nature of cities will not change. There still will be demand from people and businesses to be where others are, which is what creates downtowns and suburban 'edge cities.'"
