Mike Bowers presents his ideas for addressing Atlanta's congestion problem.
"The metro area is choked in congestion. With the crisis upon us, some vital transportation decisions must occur quickly or we start sliding backward. Here are some ideas that should be moved with alacrity. Build the Northern Arc...Add more express buses...Focus on east-west corridors...Without question, transportation is the make or break issue for Atlanta in the next 10 years."
