2 March 2011 - 1:00pm
ESPN Radio's Colin Cowherd talks to Richard Florida about cities and talent migration in the sports world.
With the recent trade frenzy in the NBA, Richard Florida talks to Colin Cowherd about talent migration and the competition between cities for such talent. Cowherd argues that "college sports is largely about the small town. Pro sports in the end is about the city, and they even each other out."
Florida says that athletes are "going where they can maximize their income over time..."
He concludes with the assertion that "more and more the location of these sport superstars is gonna rest right along with city size and the power of cities."
