Call For Stricter Development Controls in Florida

Environmentalists urge Florida governor Jeb Bush to impose tighter controls on development is some counties.
"Environmentalists also said the state government must expedite its land-buying efforts, possibly with the help of a huge new trust fund created by issuing bonds, or else the entire federal-state $7.8 billion restoration project could be undermined by development."
