Denver's New Stadium Is A Big Hit

Denver's new Mile High Stadium draws rave reviews from architectural critics and planners.
"The new stadium already has succeeded where other recent major additions to Denver's cityscape did not by drawing overwhelmingly positive comment from Denver's architectural community... The stadium also is surrounded by parklike buffers, public art, green spaces and pedestrian walkways. The exterior features are in sharp contrast with the lunar-landscape parking lots that tend to surround most stadiums."
