Transit Villages: A National Trend

It's a growing national trend: linking commercial and residential projects to transportation hubs. There's one in Sylmar,CA.
Thirteen new homes--just 50 yards from the Sylmar-San Fernando Metrolink station--are now on the market. A similar project is being negotiated for Wilshire and Western's Red Line station, and the MTA has provided land for affordable housing at the Hollywood and Western station.
