The Street Food Revolution

Shawna Dawson of this weekend's LA Street Food Fest says that the food truck phenomenon is "just at the tip of the iceberg."

Sonja Rasula, the other half of The Street Food Fest team, spoke with Katie Robbins at the Atlantic Monthly:

"The truck model is fantastic," she notes. "The mobility of it all, going to where people are and not waiting for you to come to them." It's a framework she believes other non-food businesses would be wise to explore.
