Ten Most Terrifying Airports in The World

The Web Urbanist counts down the ten most hair raising airports. "Flying may be one of the safest methods of travel but it doesn't always look that way."

The now closed Kai Tak airport, Hong Kong tops the list. It's final approach was considered the most complex to fly and was the site of 12 accidents but also the headquarters of Cathay Pacific. Not for the faint hearted, it was the site of breathtaking landings for 77 years.
