South Korea's City of The Future

Being developed on 1500 acres of Incheon's waterfront, Songdo is a completely planned city harnessing the latest innovations in green technology and planning doctrine aimed at creating a sustainable, self contained 'city of the future.'
It is the location selected by high tech companies such a 3M and Cisco to construct a fully wired city that allows power efficiency savings through computer management of utilities such a garbage disposal and air conditioning.
It is still far from completion but condos have already sold well at an average price of $500 000. The new city will also be home to skscrapers such as the 151 Incheon Tower, which will claim the title of world's tallest twin towers.
