Top Fifteen Most Crowded U.S. Metro Areas

Of the 15 most crowded U.S. metro areas, 10 are in the western United States.
"Ten of the 15 most crowded metropolitan areas are in the West, according to a report that says urban sprawl is not as big a problem as perceived in the fastest-growing region of the country.In fact, statistically, the Northeast and Midwest actually are experiencing more sprawl than other parts of the nation, said a report released Thursday by the Brookings Institution."
