Late Night BART

An op-ed advocates increasing the operating hours for the Bay Area Rapid Transit system.
"Why should BART be for only the suit-and-tie commuter crowd? It's also for the club hoppers, the night crawlers, the kids blowing off a little steam in the wee hours. Not to mention workers who keep late-night businesses humming."
