Utah's Sprawling Exurbs

Utah's high-income 'exurbs' are growing twice as fast as Utah's population.
"In the next 50 years, Utah will develop ranchettes, or homes on 10 to 40 acres, at a rate faster than any other state in the West, according to a new study.The Western Futures project, a study by the University of Colorado's Center of the AmericanWest, said that sprawl in 11 Western states will take place mostly in suburbs and rural areas."
