Contra Costa County, CA seeks statements of qualifications from interested consultants or teams of consultants, for a major regional highway planning study.
Qualifications sought for consultants interested in the planning of future State Route 239, a highway that will link the Brentwood area in Contra Costa County with the Tracy area in San Joaquin County.
