New Jersey's Market Approach To Open Space

New Jersey towns are taking a market approach to open space -- each town will tax themselves for the purchase of land for open space.
"...More and more towns in New Jersey are creating open-space funds to buy and save undeveloped land. These towns are on the front lines in the fight against sprawl and overdevelopment, and at the same time they are creating green space that everyone in their community can enjoy."
