TND Communities Appreciate Faster Than Others

New research suggests that TND -- traditional neighborhood design -- communities appreciate faster than non-TND communities.
TND [traditional neighborhood design] disciples view th[e] belief that appreciation in TND communities suffers by comparison with that of conventional neighborhoods as pure nonsense. They argue that, while a single TND home perched in a field with an alleyway and a front porch may be no more appealing than a conventional neighborhood home, the true allure is found while driving down a street of completed homes, where families are congregating on the front porches and spending time together in community parks."
