Increase Funding For Public Transit

This editorial calls for the state of Pennsylvania to increase funding for public transit projects and gives reasons why this is necessary.
"Instead of turning a cold shoulder to Pennsylvanians who use buses, light rail and trains to commute, now is the time for the state to boost and bolster mass transit...If Pennsylvania is to become energy-conscious and, as the governor proposes, environment-friendly, then public transit must be given the resources to play a growing role."
