Needed.... Good Condo Regulations

I'm am undertaking a zoning ordinance update in a small community in Wyoming. We have existing condo regulations that are terrible, that mostly address CCR's and are cumbersome. I have not had much luck finding good examples of code or even discussions on the topic, over the web.

I'm looking for good examples of code or tips/advice you can offer on the subject.
