MUP or something else?

I am graduating with a Bachelors in Community and Regional Planning this December and looking at Masters programs. I am really interested in Coastal Management; however, that's only mentioned at a handful of schools. Also, after looking through course descriptions it seems like a masters degree would be very repetitive of my bachelors. So I am looking at pursuing a masters in Marine Affairs at the University of Washington or Rhode Island. Is this a good idea? Furthermore, does anyone know of any other schools for this?
