Seeking Data: Minimum Density Zoning sources/examples

I am a student at the University of Utah writing an Honor's Thesis on minimum density zoning. Specifically the focus pertains to assertions Jonathon Levine makes about the zoning regulation in his book Zoned Out. My request if for articles, texts, or any other literature that discusses the topic of minimum density zoning. Also if anyone has examples of such ordinances that would be great as well. Thanks
