Rachael's planning experience includes over five years as a Village Planner for the City of Phoenix Planning Department. At City of Phoenix Rachael handled many General Plan amendments, special permits, and rezoning cases, both large and small projects, for rapidly growing areas of the city. She also worked on the Development Impact Fees Plan update.

Rachael worked at the Town of Buckeye as a Senior Planner for over a year as the Development Agreement Coordinator.
