Planning City Love

This week's episode of Smart City features a discussion with planner Larry Beasley about how love can be an economic driver for cities, and how planning around emotions can improve cities.
Larry Beasley is the founder of Beasley and Associates, an international planning consultancy, and is the former director of planning for the city of Vancouver.
He says the only way people will stay in cities is if they feel true affection for them. He discusses how creating that emotional connection can improve places.
