The Downtown Denver Business Improvement District (BID) in cooperation with the Downtown Denver Partnership, Inc. (DDP), City and County of Denver (City), the Regional Transportation District (RTD) and 16th Street Plan Steering and Technical Committees is seeking a consultant to develop an urban design plan for the 16th Street Mall in Downtown Denver, Colorado. The BID is issuing the Request for Proposals (RFP) on Monday, August 17, 2009 at 10:00 am.
