A sample of public comments from meetings in the eccentrically out-there city of Santa Cruz, California.

These are comment from meetings of the Santa Cruz City Council and the County Board of Supervisors, touching on a variety of subjects, from the help that will come from the flying saucers above to the "gestapo planning department" to the importance of food ("because it's food and stuff").
