'Cash For Clunkers' Kaput?

The Fed's "Cash For Clunkers" program, which set aside funds to give people an incentive to trade in old polluting cars for newer models, is already reportedly running out of money. (VIDEO)
A rumor circulated that the program was being suspended, but the White House denies it.
"White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said Friday that for now, the program that gives cash vouchers to people who trade in their gaz guzzling cars, "is up and continuing to run.""
