rc usmc nam (see his/her posting July 20) is right! How come we are not pursuing the individuals who commit pollution crimes? They are crimes against humanity in many cases. We can't go out and shoot someone dead - so why can we go and poison generations?

Most of the postings protest that these events are bad, but are really saying "tut-tut" and not addressing the individuals that actually cause these things to happen. So make the human start paying, remove his assets and his liberty and you will see a big shift in corporate attitude to pollution.
