Urban Sprawl Becomes Major Issue In Ohio

For nine candidates for the Columbus city council, sprawl has become one of the foremost issues.
"When the subject is growth in central Ohio, the last word often lies with the Columbus City Council. The council decides zoning cases, chooses whether to offer incentives to new businesses and sets the tone for growth in the region. The nine candidates running for three open council seats this year agree that the council should manage the city's growth, but how that should happen is another matter."
