Streamlining The Development Process

Commissioners in Hollywood, FL have approved changes that aim to allow developers to break ground sooner.
"Hollywood commissioners on Wednesday approved a slate of changes designed to streamline the city's development review process. City planners say the proposals, which will come before the commission for final approval later this month, would make it easier for developers to take projects from a drawing board to a ribbon-cutting." Many of the changed focus on the city's development review board.
