Water Scarcity Sparks Political Tensions

In Florida, water scarcity caused by drought and growth is giving rise to inceased political conflicts.
"For most of Florida's history, water was taken for granted. There was plenty to meet virtually every demand. There was so much that millons of dollars were spent trying to get rid of it to prevent flooding. Those days are over."
