Chicago Revises Zoning, Encourages Open Space

New zoning offers incentives to developers that provide open space and public amenities.
"Loop office workers on lunch break and the growing number of downtown residents could have more open space to enjoy--ranging from fountains and riverwalks to pocket parks and winter gardens--thanks to revised zoning rules advanced Tuesday by a City Council committee."
