Rural Growth Limits: Should Churches Be Exempt?

The largest church in King County, WA, sparked the debate over rural growth limits.
"What's under construction here is the largest church in rural King County - 48,500 square feet, about the size of a football field.... Supporters of limits point to TimberLake as an example of what they'd like to prevent. Its sanctuary will seat 800. Its parking lots will accommodate 400 cars."
