Friday Funny: Moscow Dogs Commute via Subway

10 April 2009 - 2:00pm

Dogs in Moscow have learned to ride the subway to and from "work".

In Moscow, stray dogs ride the subway from the suburbs where they spend the night to downtown, where the availability of food is much better. They have learned to navigate the subway system, and how to safely navigate traffic to cross the street. The dogs have developed strategies for getting food, including sneaking up on unsuspecting Muscovites eating a snack and barking, causing the poor human to drop their food, which the dog promptly gobbles up.
