The Bush administration takes heat for scrapping new arsenic standards.
"After declaring that arsenic in drinking water causes cancer, it took the Environmental Protection Agency 17 years, and six intense weeks at the tail end of the Clinton administration, to order sharp reductions of the naturally occurring carcinogen in America's water supply. It took the Bush Administration 58 days to shelve the new rule."
