The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) invites proposals for the preparation of a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategic Plan for the City of Port Huron and surrounding St. Clair County, Michigan.
A copy of the the Request for Proposal (RFP) can found on MDOT's web page (under Transportation Planning) at the following address: http://www.michigan.gov/mdot/0,1607,7-151-9625_32842---,00.html
The proposals are due by Friday, May 1, 2009, 5:00 p.m. Please refer any and all questions regarding the RFP to Matt Webb at webbma@michigan.gov
