The Rebirth Of Santa Monica Boulevard

After two years of misery for commuters and store owners, Santa Monica Blvd. in West Hollywood is almost finished.
Wider sidewalks, medians 1,100 new trees, curb extensions, and wider crosswalks are all contributing to a change of character on Santa Monica Boulevard. It is hoped that people will find the Boulevard has a more pedestrian- friendly atmosphere. Business owners are breathing a sigh of relief and are hoping that lost business will return.
