More Culver City-Fox Hills Office Space
17 April 2001 - 8:30am
Companies want Westside locations without paying the Westside prices for rent. This new project could meet that need.
It is a 200,000-square-foot second phase project at La Cienega and Slauson. According to Crown Realty and Development, the 21-acre-site is already 98% leased, despite the high rate of vacancy in office space in West L.A. and Santa Monica. Other projects in the Fox Hills-Culver City area are also in the works.
