The Planning Center

Since our founding in 1975, The Planning Center has been devoted to developing viable, imaginative planning solutions to the physical, social, economic, and environmental challenges that arise from urbanization.

 

We are an interdisciplinary team of strategists and technicians who operate at the intersection of design, public policy, environmental review, and development. We provide all facets of technical expertise required to support both the public and private planning processes. This includes large-scale land planning, environmental studies, urban design, and policy development and analysis.

 

Because we engage in the full continuum of the development process, from policy to environmental review to on-the-ground project implementation, our approach is rooted in systems-based thinking. We utilize this approach to all projects by assembling a team of highly skilled staff with diverse backgrounds.

 

The Planning Center maintains offices in Costa Mesa, Los Angeles, Ontario, Rancho Mirage, and Draper, Utah.
