Jack Henthorn & Associates

Jack Henthorn and Associates was founded in 1982. The purpose in forming the company was to offer a high level of analysis, project management, and processing services in the area of land use entitlements based on Mr. Henthorn's public sector experience in forming and managing Housing and Redevelopment projects.

The approach offered by Henthorn and Associates is to develop strategies to accomplish client goals based on the unique requirements of each project. These strategies involve the client directly in defining the best program to accomplish project goals in the context of the project environment. The components of the strategy address time constraints, budget commitment, physical constraints, local community relations, political climate, economic conditions and formation of a technical team best suited to implement the client strategy and accomplish the client's goals.

Jack Henthorn is personally able to closely monitor the progress and success of every project. An internal team of associates support and assist Mr. Henthorn to insure that all aspects of your project strategy are carefully and confidentially implemented on schedule and within budget constraints.
