NCB Capital Impact

NCB Capital Impact is a national non-profit organization committed to providing innovative community lending, expert technical assistance and effective policy development to aid communities, state and local governments to find solutions that empower under-served communities to address the problems poverty causes in America. Through the Center for Excellence in Long Term Supports Innovations, we seek to expand and create innovative community based long term supports systems to assist seniors and people with disabilities to remain independent within the community setting of their choice.

As a mission-driven non-profit, NCB Capital Impact brings a unique mix of financial and business acumen, long-term services and supports (LTSS), Medicaid, policy and program design and affordable housing expertise. We provide expert technical assistance to states and community-based organizations to create systems and resources for the development of affordable, integrated community-based housing for people with disabilities of all ages.

NCB Capital Impact has a solid track record working with the federal government, national advocacy organizations, state governments, private, non profit organizations and consumer groups. With deep expertise in housing with services honed in over a dozen states and over almost 15 years, we have fostered collaboration among state Medicaid agencies, LTSS agencies and housing finance authorities, and aided states in strategies aimed at LTSS systems transformation and affordable housing policies and programs for seniors and people with disabilities.
