Any programs for teenagers interested in a career in Urban Planning?

I planning on being an urban planner when I grow up. However, other than info from this site, and other similar ones, I have never actually been able to talk to a planner face to face or see planning first hand. Many careers have programs for people who might be interested in entering that field (ex. Youth in Government) so are there are any such programs for people aspiring to be Urban Planners?
