Grants For Careers in Community Planning

HUD will provide grants to colleges and universities to assist low-income graduate students preparing for careers in community planning and development.
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development announced today that it will provide grants of $3 million to colleges and universities to assist 102 low-income graduate students preparing for careers in community planning and development. The grants, which will supplement students' tuition, travel and books, are being made available through HUD's Community Development Work Study Program, which funds two-year competitive grants at colleges, universities and regional planning organizations.
